HOW LONG WOULD THE THERAPY BE?

The length of the therapy is something that we will agree together at the beginning of the therapy. We will start agreeing a time-limited contract (e.g. 6 sesions) after which we will have a review of our work and decide whether and how to continue our work together.

HOW FREQUENT ARE THE SESSIONS?

Sessions are usually arranged once a week or fornightly. They last 50 minutes and normally take place at the same day and time each week, which we will agree at the start of therapy.

WHAT DO I NEED TO START THERAPY?

To start therapy you will require a telephone or electronic device (mobile phone, tablet or computer) with an internet connection and earphones preferably. Sessions can be by phone or video conference by Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp.

WILL YOU KEEP RECORDS OF OUR SESSIONS?

I will keep short written notes about our sessions. These will be anonymised, which means that I will not use your name and/or identifiable information.

COSTS AND TYPES OF PAYMENT?

An hour session costs £50 Sterling Pounds.
 
Payment via Bank Transfer, PayPal or Western Union.

Question 6

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS?

Once the session is booked and paid for the session is confirmed and you will receive a confirmatory email of your session. If you wish to cancel, please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not let me know, no refund will be made.
